Half Marathon Training
It does not matter if you are a first time runner or a seasoned veteran, come join the Chattanooga Track Club in their 12 week half marathon training program. Below is a beginner and experienced half marathon training schedule. Make plans today to start your program on Monday December 5th with the first long Saturday run on Dec. 10th.
5k Training
Beginning runners interested in running their first 5K or experienced runners trying to establish a PR can find training programs at Runners World.
Training in Chattanooga
Looking for other runners to train with in Chattanooga? Why not join our official training program designed to prepare runners for the Scenic CityHalf Marathon. All you have to do to join is show up at a group run.
The program includes two weekly group runs:
- Wednesday night mid-week group runs leaving the Downtown Sports Barn (301 Market St, Chattanooga) at 6:15 pm, and
- Saturday morning group long runs – leaving the Downtown Sports Barn (301 Market St, Chattanooga) at 8:00 am.
