Half Marathon Training

It does not matter if you are a first time runner or a seasoned veteran, come join the Chattanooga Track Club in their 12 week half marathon training program. Below is a beginner and experienced half marathon training schedule. Make plans today to start your program on Monday December 5th with the first long Saturday run on Dec. 10th.

Looking for other runners to train with in Chattanooga? Why not join our official training program designed to prepare runners for the Scenic CityHalf Marathon. All you have to do to join is show up at a group run.
