Half Marathon Training:

It does not matter if you are a first time runner or a seasoned veteran, come join the Chattanooga Track Club in their 12 week half marathon training program.  Below is a beginner and experienced half marathon training schedule.  Also included in the Training - Sat. Locations file below are dates, distances, and routes for long runs on Saturday mornings organized by the Chattanooga Track Club.  Make plans today to start your program on Monday December 7th with the first long Saturday run on Dec. 12th.
